Tamiya Enterprise CVN-65?
Hi
I am working now a days on the aeroplanes for Tamiya Enterprise CVN-65 ,the instruction manual for the airplanes that comes with the kit showes the wing’s position of these for stowage ,but when I bought extra aeroplanes( item 78009**400) for kit which include (F-4s PHANTOM,GRUMMAN EA-6B PROWLER,GRUMMER E-2C HAWKEYE) the instruction manual for the airplanes didn’t show the wing’s position for stowage .
So anyone can tell me in real life does these aeroplanes have certain wing’s position for stowage ,are these wings should be folded vertical or totally folded or keep it like the way they came from the box.
Thanks.
Please take note that the Enterprise went through many changes/upgrades during her service in the US Navy and aircraft types and camouflage schemes were not immune so before you begin work pick the year she was in service and do some research on what carrier aircraft were used at that time so you may not be able to use all aircraft from both sets.
Here are the general wing folding characteristics of these aircraft.
