Esc Speed Control

Well i just installed the game and i begun tampering with the controls (this is on pc) after assinging some keys i noticed that it requires you to hit the esc key both to go back and select something. This rendered me unable to exit the game and i was forsed to Ctrl+alt+del out. The nest time i stared the game the only way to get to the menu was by creating a new account. Then this leads to the menu, where i can't select any option. When i press ESC a dialog come us, wich asks me to confirm my choise, but i can't exit the game because escape is both the yes and no key and when i press said key the dialog closes. I reinstalled the gameq but the problem still persists Please help me, I really want to play the game.
