just getting into the rc car hobby but need some help?
i bought a losi mini desert buggy rtr and its very nice! i want it to go a bit faster hopefully about 50 mph, should i buy a brushless kit or upgrade the motor? i would rather upgrade the motor and MAYBE the batteries i want it to be as simple as possible with my first real rc car. thanks
If you were to upgrade it, It is best to install a good brushless system (Castle's 1/18 systems or Losi's 1/18 xcelorin systems) You should be able to see a very clear difference in speed after installing it. That upgrade should be fast enough, but if you want, you could upgrade the battery either more cells or more MAH. Good luck!
